A former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has claimed that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is now going around for help.
This news platform had reported that Osinbajo’s aides were allegedly sacked by President Muhammadu Buhari, a claim which the VP has denied.
In a tweet on his handle, Friday, Fani-Kayode noted that Osinbajo, has, however, gone to meet with several interest groups to help him.
According to him, Osinbajo has gone to meet with members of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and the pan-Yoruba group Afenifere over some issues he is facing in Aso Rock.
“I am aware that our VP has been running around for help,” he said. “He no longer describes Afenifere and CAN as “irrelevant institutions” that are “filled with opportunists” who are “looking for relevance.
“Thanks be to God. Every river has its source. I’m glad that Yemi is returning to his .”
